Convened by the Centre for High Technology (CHT), under the aegis of the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Government of India, Energy Technology and Innovation Meet (ETM) brings together energy-sector stakeholders from India and abroad. The meet focuses on oil and gas, petrochemicals, compressed biogas (CBG), city gas distribution (CGD), advanced biofuels, biotechnology, hydrogen and all emerging energy technologies.

Built on 28 editions over 37 years, ETM connects established industry expertise with startups, investors, researchers and academia. The 29th edition brings India's innovation capabilities into business dialogue, helping companies discover technologies and innovators understand industrial priorities, explore partnerships and identify pathways to deployment.

With over 100 years of operations in India, HPCL is the country's 2nd largest LPG marketer, operator of its 2nd largest cross-country pipeline network, and 3rd largest retail network.
